Janine Lie-A-Kwie and Arnout Druyvesteyn launched ActionCOACH in the Caribbean in 2009 while they were living in Curacao. After launching the business successfully in Curacao they started recruiting franchise partners throughout the Caribbean who shared the vision of World Abundance Through Business Re-education. Currently there are offices in Aruba, Curacao, Guyana, Jamaica and Suriname with a team of ten business coaches.

With over 20 years of experience as a researcher, advisor, lecturer, and consultant in the field of SME entrepreneurship she decided to join ActionCOACH to build the franchise in the Caribbean. Living in Curacao at that time she started as a business coach herself while at the same time started recruiting franchise partners throughout the Caribbean who shared the vision of World Abundance Through Business Re-education.

Arnout Druyvesteyn

Arnout has over 25 years of experience in the field of business and financial control and strategic business planning with major companies in the Netherlands. He has also worked as a consultant for KPMG in Curacao before starting ActionCOACH in the Caribbean with his life and business partner Janine.

Monique Cova

Regional Area Developer

Monique Cova, an accomplished financial professional with an LLM in Dutch Law and a BA in Psychology, boasts over 25 years of international experience. Based in the British Virgin Islands, she serves as an Independent Director and Business Development Advisor, approved by the BVI Financial Services Commission.
She uses her extensive international network to guide businesses in identifying growth opportunities. As a Business Advisor, she provides personalized leadership development, mentoring executives and entrepreneurs to overcome challenges and achieve success.
